• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and managing applicant tracking Systems.
• Familiar with labour laws and regulations
• Employees Payroll & Compliance Management if any -English Fluency is a must.

• Write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content.
• Build SEO-friendly content for landing pages, website pages, blogs, articles, e-books etc
• Creating convertible Video Scripts or Podcasting Scripts as per the Brand Voice
• Pouring own creativity and not just dependent on AI
• Edit and proofread content before publication
• Coordinate with marketing & design teams to illustrate articles.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing.
• Be involved, come up with innovative ideas, and take initiatives

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a content writer
• Creative writing and editing skills is a must
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Should understand the Brands voice and Audience Voice
• Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred).
